FULLY WASHED MICROLOT
The Mbeye district, in Southwestern Tanzania, is known for producing coffees with sharp tastes, great finishes, bold intensity, and changing notes.
This fully washed (24-72 hours of fermentation) coffee consists of numerous Tanzanian Heirloom Varietals: Blue Mountain, Kilimanjaro, Luwiro, and various other heirloom varieties cultivated in Tanzania.
In the cup: sweet with tart fruit acidity, brown sugar, chocolate, baking spices, green grape, and lavender flavors.
