SUMATRA
GAYO HIGHLANDS – GARMINDO – FAIR TRADE ORGANIC
This fine Sumatran coffee is certified Fair Trade Organic. Grown in the Gayo Highlands, this Wet-Hulled coffee comes from farms just slightly over 1 hectare in size.
The coffee itself is a combination of Catimor, Timor, Bor Bor, and Ateng varietals. It is incredibly clean in the cup for a fine full bodied Sumatran.
Cupping notes include : Cooked bell pepper with mild almond and malt flavors. Lots of acidity and mellow sweetness.
