This coffee consists of three of the winning coffees from the Land of Diversity competitions in Colombia. There were two rounds, featuring 1100 coffees in each of the two rounds, leading to a total of 52 winners (26 each round).
Finca La Alacparrosa, Finca La Fortuna, and Finca La Soledad all bring unique and amazing elements to this blend. As a blend, this coffee cupped at 91.7, and offers a wide variety of flavors and notes – some at the opening, others coming and going as the coffee cools in the cup.
