Naturally processed on raised, dry beds, covered during the hottest part of the day, an extra effort in the drying process that creates an intense flavor profile.

This coffee is delicately balanced and soft in the cup. It offers floral and fruit high notes, especially peach and berry. A jasmine floral opens up along with a syrupy sweetness.
